I’ve spent my career on all sides of the table—as a broker, a buyer, and a borrower.Marblestone Capital was built on that experience, with one goal in mind: help you close with confidence. I started at Marcus & Millichap, selling NNN assets across the country, then moved into property management and leasing for a Chicago-based owner-operator. From there, I joined a private equity firm, underwriting deals in high-barrier multifamily markets and learning how to see buildings through a developer’s lens. 
At the same time, I was buying and flipping buildings of my own—using my own capital to fund full gut renovations, take out bridge loans, and refinance with local banks. Some of those deals were wins. Others were hard lessons. But each one shaped how I evaluate risk, manage timelines, and structure financing that actually works in the real world. Later, I joined a national brokerage platform, where I was promoted to Senior Underwriter within three months. Our team closed over $2.5B in loans annually across banks, credit unions, debt funds, agencies, and life companies.
